Im going to start trying out a different form of email so i can send out the emails on time every week haha!

We put our friend conception on date for baptism for the 8th of February!! Shes awesome and wants to learn way more! We also helped one of our friends whos getting baptized get medicine from a doctor haha and her grandson wants to serve a mission! Im so excited for him hes such an amazing young man with tons of room to grow!!
Wednesday! Dont remember too much but we did put one of our friends hugo on date for baptism!
Thursday! Met with a family in the morning and put all 5 of them on date for baptism! We also put one of our friends cesar on date for baptism! Then to end the night we visited another family and started teaching them when the spirit told us to change our plan and we extended a baptismal invitation! All 4 accepted and we closed out the day having pizza with them!
Friday! Today was pretty fun and we had some lessons in the morning which went well and at night we got to go play in a basketball game! I may or may not have started to feel the rust come off and i ended up with 40 points in the game haha! It was awesome and we got a few new contacts from it!
Saturday! Today we just visited all of our friends and invited them to church and had some baller lessons!
Sunday! We had 2 baptisms today for our friends michael and luis! We ended up having to chase down michael and find him because of a miscommunication haha but he did end up coming and getting baptized! I also had to give a talk in church so thats fun haha but it went great and some people were crying by the end of it sand the spirit was so strong! Also had some baller tres leches and horchata!
Spiritual thought: based off of my talk i had to give in church there was a scripture that id like to share with you all today! In alma 32:41 it says, But if ye will nourish the word, yea, nourish the tree as it beginneth to grow, by your faith with great diligence, and with patience, looking forward to the fruit thereof, it shall take root; and behold it shall be a tree springing up unto everlasting life.
I encourage you all to act on your faith and allow it to take root in your souls because if we dont have faith rooted in the gospel principles it will be impossible to like in accordance to the gospel principles as the second coming comescloser and closer. I encourage you all as well to read the book of mormon again anad again and again, because the book of mormon is the most correct and most true of any book to have ever been written. We need our testimonies for the coming trials so dont put it off! A wise sensei once said "never put off until tomorrow what can be done today"
Love you all!
-Elder Ericson
